New Mexico
Let's try this blog thing again. I said try, I didn't make any promises. :)
We made a trip to Farmington to surprise Royce's brother, Ben, on his birthday. Great company, great whether, great food, crummy Cougar game.
Mayla has about 25 words or signs now, and has even started putting two signs together. Her new favorite trick is to sign "chocolate" for breakfast--and throughout the day when she thinks she can get away with it. I'll admit, we've had a lot of Nutella lately. I'm a sucker for chocolate in the mornings too! She says many animal sounds on command, including cougar. She gets excited about EVERY motorcycle or loud truck. I am so grateful for everyday I get to spend with this little angel, and I am ready to welcome another one soon! Less than four months away!

Anouncements & A Blessing
Jessica worked really hard and got these beautiful announcements created for our daughter Mayla. We can't believe that she is two months old this week. Now the hard part comes with trying to get them all sent out to all of our friends and family. If we miss one of you, we are so sorry, but we would love for you to print out the picture above and throw it up on your fridge.
Sunday we blessed our sweet daughter Mayla Beth King, and we had our first family picture taken. She was really good for the blessing and looked beautiful in her dress. Jessica says pink is her color. I have been raised with the saying "pink, pink, you stink." But I do have to agree, she is a cutie in pink.
