Framing The House

Framing the house has been long, but lots of fun. We had quite the experience learning new ways of putting wood together to build a house. We had lots of help from friends and family. Here are the pictures from start to almost the end of framing.
Here is the first look of what our house will look like.

We used Chris's Crane service to fly our trusses.

This is Monte. He is the crane operator. He really liked to flirt with Jessica, but I wasn't to worried.

Flying trusses.

Here is our neighborhood watch dog Loyd. Becareful he has his eye on you.

I had a lot of other help from the Bear, Scott, Ben and Kim working on the second floor. Jessica's family helped out a lot too, I am not sure why she only snapped pictures of my side of the fam.

Momma King nailing the floor down.

Here is part of the crew. Andy Smith, Tyson Frandson, Katy Frandson and yours truely. A lot of Hot and Ready pizza was eaten on saturdays.

Building the garage.

Right when we put up the front door I was required to carry Jessica through it.

Here is a the first floor.
